Legge & Legge represents charities, not-for-profit organizations, and various private foundations. Our work with these clients includes actions such as registering charities with the Canada Revenue Agency, assisting in planned giving, administering foundations, and structuring endowment programs.

Our work with corporate clients involves establishing and maintaining corporate documents, contract formation, creating leases and shareholder agreements, drawing attention to potential director's liability, advertising, and the buying and selling of corporate property.
FRANCHISE & DISTRIBUTION
Legge & Legge provides both corporate and litigation services to our franchise clients. Such services include preparation and review of franchise agreements, preparation and review of disclosure documents, advising on real estate issues and insolvency issues, conflict resolution, corporate structuring, and litigation in the event of franchise disputes.
PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS
As part of our corporate and commercial practice, we prepare and review partnership agreements, advise on structuring a partnership including limited and general partnerships, provide dispute resolution/litigation services in cases of partnership disputes and advise and act with regard to the transfer of partnership property.
